I think autumn might just be my favourite season. Although I say that about every season when each one starts. I don’t want to save you
Nearly 11 years ago I went to Soul Survivor with my future husband and his youth group. It struck me then how lucky I was that my boyfriend was a Christian, and I’m often glad that I’m married to a Christian. I love that I get to share my faith with him. I’m also lucky that I’ve got a wonderful group of friends who know this same God, and that we can share our faith together.
Of course, I’ve also got friends and family members who aren’t Christians. I wonder sometimes if there is a perception that Christians are always out to convert our non-Christian friends and family. Continue reading “I don’t want to save you”
It’s Your Choice
Tonight, as I sit here at 2am feeding my son, I’m reflecting that for an awful lot of things in this life, I have a choice. I have the opportunity to choose my response or reaction to a situation. As I wrote in Labour of Love, that didn’t really seem to be the case during my labour, but it is increasingly becoming so now. Let me give you some examples from my day.
